    Laptop is great, fast delivery, good service. However the laptop was advertised as having a Qwerty keyboard… which is was set up as in the software. However many of the keys were in the wrong place and most of symbol keys are incorrect.

    "Very good" is not accurate. Sticky space bar (clearly not tested) Significant dents and scratches visible from 'more than 20cm away' Blending the quality of the product and shipping into an overall rating is also not great. Doesn't matter if its packed well and shipped on time if item is not as described.
