I have bought several laptops, desktops and tablets from Back Market. This one was for my partner. She's and using it now and is well pleased with it. Of all the back Market products so far only one failed and it was replaced with a better, newer one which I am currently typing this on. I will (as they say) be back, probably for a reconditioned iWatch.

When I initially opened the box I was slightly disappointed at the condition (I ordered excellent) but quickly realised it is 4 years old & refurbished after all- brand new quality comes at brand new prices. There are some marks on the screen (maybe from where there’s been stickers) but everything works as it should, it’s rapid, & mainly has no problem keeping up with my work load - Recording bands etc Absolutely love this machine & would recommend Backmarket to anyone!

Bought MacBook Pro for my granddaughter to use at college. It turned out to be an excellent piece of kit. I found it to be indistinguishable from a brand new MacBook. It came at a very competitive price and was delivered within three days.

My macbook 2020 13.3 - inch 16GB SSD 512 QWERTY arrived today and it was in good condition. Looked brand new with barely any scratches. Hard to tell it has been refurbished (I ordered good). Initially had challenges with mac not coming on but was able to fix that quickly following the online support instructions. Super pleased with the excellent service and smooth process. Highly recommend

Purchased a good and I can honestly say that it was in excellent condition almost, it had a slight scratch on the Apple logo but honestly it’s hardly noticeable. I’m completely happy with my new laptop and grateful to the provider. Highly recommend.
