It feels and works exactly like a brand-new device. The battery life is excellent and lasts a long time, easily getting through the day without any issues.     This was worth every penny. Battery at 100%. No damage to the phone at all. Couple of micro scratches on the screen but only if you really look up close. As soon as I put a screen protector on, they disappeared. Will be trading a phone in soon so will get more money off! Excellent service, quick delivery. Cannot fault it at all.

    Customer service was top class, only reason for not leaving 5 star review was that the device had a small scratch on the screen, and would have been closer to a fair/good grade as opposed to the Excellent advertised. That said the customer service team were quick to get to a resolution that fit the true grading of the device. I will happily purchase from again in future. Saved myself over £800 on a brand new device.

    I thought I would get a second hand device just in case I could save some money. Well… The MacBook itself works fine, but after using it for no more than 5 minutes the bottom of the laptop and the Touch Bar area was boiling hot. I also found the laptop to be quite slow at loading things (I know it’s a 2019 MacBook but I bought it after looking at the reviews saying how good it was, and it was either save some money and get a used MacBook that’s good as new, or just buy a new one for more money - I was testing it for speed, and heat excursion as I knew that might be a problem), not to mention the weird screen glitching when the Apple loading screen came on… because of all this I had to return it and I bought a M4 MacBook Air instead which I prefer to be honest. I am a bit disappointed seeing as this was my first time using Back Market, but I can’t really complain as this is the stuff that you would expect to happen to older tech. Back market is really good in caring for their customers and tech though as when I got the laptop it looked new, and they have a really good return procedure, so if you are on the fence about getting something on here, I say go for it, and if you don’t like it then you can always return it during the 30 day window 😄
