MacBook Pro Retina 13-inch (2017) - Core i7 - 16GB SSD 512 QWERTZ - German

I bought my MacBook Pro (2017) in a flash sale on this platform. The price was unbeatable at the time. After doing some research, however, I got a bit of a stomach ache as I didn't fully realise at first that Back Market was "only" the middleman (intermediary) and that my goods were being shipped from France. If you read through the reviews of the actual shipping company Yesagain, you do have some concerns about how the device will actually arrive. In my case, the MacBook arrived well packaged (no original packaging) with accessories undamaged (shipping is a bit difficult as it is delivered via FedEx and partners and you have to be at home or have a safe place to store it, parcels are not delivered to branches but are returned to the sender after 2-3 delivery attempts). The device is also in impeccable condition and I am very impressed. Everything works perfectly (keyboard must be set to German in the configurations). The "very good" condition has exceeded my expectations, great! The battery capacity is also perfect and lasts like a new device (I assume that the battery has been replaced as the charge cycles show "1"). The MacBook Pro 13 arrived safely packaged in the condition described and "does" what it is supposed to. Perfect!

First the positive: delivery fast and well packaged. The MacBook looks like new and has no scratches or damage and the battery is new. Unfortunately, the keyboard was not given the same attention. 2 keys are stiff (ok, I can live with that), but one key has a defective backlight. This is a technical fault that should have been noticed! I'll keep it anyway, but it leaves a pale aftertaste.

The product was delivered super fast and in perfect condition. The support team also dealt with any delays immediately or offered immediate support. Gladly again at any time. Highly recommended!

Overall a very positive experience buying here. I bought the highest level of condition and still got a few scratches and a small dent in the laptop, hence one star deduction. Otherwise highly recommended.
