I can say absolutely nothing bad, neither about the product nor the service. Incredibly perfect, not a scratch on it and the battery is at 100% capacity. Truly an excellent purchase.

The computer works perfectly. And the service is very good and fast.

I do not recommend it at all, after paying for my order and waiting for the estimated time of arrival of the Mac, they tell me that there is a delay in delivery. When I receive it, it turns out that they have sent me another model of computer, much older and that has nothing to do with what I had paid for. As a solution, they propose that I take charge of managing the return myself, with the added time and management that this entails, and as reparation for all this discomfort, they offer me 10%. Shameful. When I paid they already charged me a percentage for a review and "supposed" management that backmarket carries out on all products, it is clear that this is not the case.
