Ordered an excellent grade MacBook Air but it arrived with a chipped screen in the top left hand corner ( looks like a cat has bit en the screen ) and the battery wasn’t the best either but otherwise it’s set up all ok

Excellent condition there are only 2 small scratches on the surface which aren’t very noticeable. My MacBook came packaged really well in protective packaging and secured well in the box. It works just like new, very fast and fluid. Definitely a bargain for the price I paid! I will be purchasing more second hand tech from Backmarket in the future, excellent and speedy customer service.

I got a non-working MacBook, it still had old Apple-ID. set up on it. Sent it back for replacement, Royal Mail delivered and have proof of delivery. Now they (the seller) want me to do a Police report because they claim they didn’t get the laptop back yet there is proof of delivery. I have been writing messages to Back Market and it appears they use automated replies, no one is listening to my case.

The initial charger sent with it was faulty, had to email for a replacement. There is some sort of fault where I am unable to authorise the laptop with my apple account basically making me unable to play any music files in my music that were downloaded before this laptop. And the speakers are fuzzy, not at all new condition speakers.
