I bought it on the 30th and it arrived on the 2nd, super fast, FedEx had it scheduled for the 3rd. The device has a couple of scratches on the casing, but the screen is impeccable and the battery cycle is at 468, not bad, I don't really care about the scratches. The keyboard setup is super easy, the touchpad is in very good condition. The software complies with the mentioned features. Now I only struggle with the update to the Monterrey system because I need to use numbers, the Big Sur version doesn't allow me to do that. The condition of the keyboard is good, the shift key is a bit weird, and it came a bit dusty, something that a good cleaning will solve. I am satisfied with the purchase and I thank the backmarket team for the fast delivery and solution of questions.

I have already bought several items and I have always been satisfied with my purchases only once a problem on a laptop and it was changed quickly and the my daughter needed a computer and without hesitation I went through black market and still for the moment satisfied.

Works well, battery I took the original one but it was worse than I thought. My own fault. I'll replace it myself.
