So far everything is working better than I expected as refurbished goods are hit and miss. Pleasantly surprised how well the site worked in processing the order. One thing you can improve on is trying to show the Gold colour with different lighting or a more accurate colour as we weren't quite sure how it would come. But the main thing my daughter really likes it.

No instructions were inside the box and I think a welcome note with a password or instructions how to get the password should have been included. After several tries with the usual standard passwords and being locked out 4 times, I finally found a way to reset the device and reload the software.
