I was looking for a replacement MacBook Air for a family member and was thrilled when I saw the price on BackMarket for the exact model I was after. Placed the order, was kept updated throughout the process and when it arrived (much earlier than expected which was a HUGE bonus) I was THRILLED. The condition of the MacBook Air was listed as “Good” but it was closer to “Excellent”, and to my surprise, it came with a brand new silicone cover, new Bluetooth mouse and headphones! My family member is SO happy with the replacement MacBook and I’m SO HAPPY with my first experience of BackMarket. honestly, I felt really iffy about buying a refurbished laptop but surprisingly, I'm more than happy with my purchase!! this MacBooks around 1000 and I got it for less than 400 with insurance, so yeah id defo recommend! I bought the lowest grade of reconditioned MacBook and anticipated it looking like it had done a few rounds with Tyson Fury. Granted, it had one tiny, tiny dint on the case, but it's virtually immaculate. Absolutely delighted with this purchase of MacBook Air 13.3-inch (2017) - Core i5 - 8GB. Tried to feed back about this via help centre as instructed but no appropriate settings to do so. The item itself is great and as expected. However, it hadn't been reset so we were receiving all the personal messages to and from the previous owner. First MacBook for us so took some days to try and work out how to remove the owner's phone/email and unlink their phone. Also had personal files on there. As buyer (and seller) I would expect the products to be wiped before being sold on.
