Came like brand new and only ordered “good condition”. Works amazing, no scratches or faults and brilliant battery life. Only thing that makes it known as refurbished is the charger cable had a slight tint to it, but still works a dream.

The MacBook Air arrived very quickly and I was really please with the product - looks new. I would have liked the battery health (86%) to have been better but hey it is a refurbished product.

The Macbook itself works perfectly. There was a bit of a mixup with the charger included- but I have no complaints, only praise for how that was resolved by Back Market's customer care team. I'm very happy with the purchase!

Super fast delivery. Great condition. Unit had some residue of stickers on, which quickly cleaned off. Powers up and works superbly. Seems a little slow when streaming with a couple of apps going. But it is a little older and only 8 gb ram. Very happy with my first ever MacBook. But will try to buy another newer one, if I cannot afford to. Good service. Recommended.

Laptop arrived in great condition, ordered very good but I'd rate the device as excellent. Charger brick supplied is great, although the plug included is third party which I haven't used as have had bad experiences with these in the past. Other than that, perfect experience. Thanks!
