So: the product is misleading: it's a wired mouse, not a wireless one. So it's a Hero (wired) and not a Lightening (wireless). What's more, the after-sales service says that you've received the right mouse... When you buy a product, you expect the right product, not its variant. Or they don't sell a "wireless" mouse.
