It's a good device that I've received, but I'll have to wait and see. I like the sound and the matt panel. Windows 11 intervened to correct a network installation issue. However, my wifi connection suddenly doesn't seem secure enough, and version 11 interrupts it (all the time). Perhaps my supplier can help me?

Lenovo ThinkPad T14 laptop returned to refurbisher (Kiatoo). The laptop was not in perfect condition: The keyboard was not a real AZERTY but one in another language with stickers on the keys to have them in Azerty layout. As a result, you could feel the stickers under your fingers and the backlight didn't work (the light didn't pass through the keys). What's more, the refurbisher stuck a slightly grainy coating on the PC (outside) and especially inside, around and under the keyboard, where the handles are placed for typing. Between the keys and this, typing feels great... The announcement should clarify these 2 fundamental aspects for the user experience.

It's fast. Very practical. I love this PC.

A product that works perfectly and meets my expectations. Some OS update problems solved by backmarket online help and the reseller, thanks! The advertised condition was "very good" but I feel it is "fair", in fact there are numerous scratches on the outer shell and a few bumps on the base.
