Lenovo ThinkPad T14 G2 14-inch (2021) - Core i5-1135G7 - 32GB - SSD 1 TB QWERTZ - German

Arrived on time and as described, bought ‘fair’ so expected it to have taken a beating. Pleasantly surprised! In nearly new condition, the tiniest of marks on the bezel at the bottom of the screen, looks like someone closed the lid on a ringbound notepad while coming back from a meeting. Very happy, robust high performing laptop. Battery lasts well too!

Delivered early. Refurbished immaculately as promised. Brand new (apart from the track pad but it's the only sign of use). Very responsive laptop and works like a dream. Am going to buy my refurbished phone here too

I initially received a laptop with a much worse resolution than I had expected, but after returning to the seller they managed to send another back to me which is absolutely perfect! Nothing wrong with this one and looks as good as new - there's always a bit of a risk with second hand products but they managed to deal with the issue really quickly :))

When I first bought the device the charger was bent and I thought it was broken,because when I plugged it in it didn’t work.I tried different chargers and they didn’t work either,but I had to bend the charger a little back then it worked good as new!!!…Also the bottom gets very hot so I would put a pillow under your lap (if that’s where you go on it.)I definitely recommend!!

The device is in good working order as described. The delivery note said all drivers and updates were installed but they weren't which took a few hours. Also, the battery life isn't the best but I suppose that's what you expect buying a 2nd hand laptop. Delivery was prompt, would order from BM again.
