I love the refurb on my ThinkPad T14 G1. All good. Recently someone said they couldnt hear me on a video call so I set my settings on the mic to 100 per cent and now there is a shrill noise coming from my laptop. So, I am back on my old laptop for the time being until I sort it out. Otherwise I am very happy with my purchase.

Great! Very happy with the service and the device. It arrived a day earlier than initially expected which was lovely. The laptop looked perfect coming out of the box - I didn't really notice anything wrong cosmetically, perfect condition of charging cables, etc. The only tiny thing, which I can't tell if it's from the device itself or the browsers I'm using, is that video and audio usually starts to lag after a while of watching. I am able to restart/pause for a couple of minutes and it goes back to normal, and of course if it is the browser then this comment should be disregarded, but just something that has come up! Everything else has been as expected and I'm very happy :)
