Lenovo ThinkPad T14 14-inch (2023) - Ryzen 7 PRO 4750U - 32GB - SSD 512 GB AZERTY - French

I bought a Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Ryzen 7 PRO for €400. Overall, the PC is in very good condition, the performance is excellent and it matches what was advertised. The chassis is clean, the keyboard is nice and the machine is fast for multitasking, development and everyday work. My only disappointment is with the battery. After checking, its capacity is around 71%, which is less than I expected for a refurbished device. The autonomy is still usable, but it's more limited than expected. Despite this, the value for money remains good thanks to the performance of the Ryzen 7 PRO, the 32GB of RAM and the 512GB SSD. I'm satisfied with the purchase, but a battery in better condition would have deserved a higher rating. Rating: 4/5

Average result. The description of the item is a bit wrong (the year of release 2023 is wrong, it's 2020 - I knew this via research before buying but it's still wrong information given to the customer). The built-in speakers weren't connected correctly, so I had to contact the retailer to get permission to open the unit and reconnect the connector myself... not something every customer can do. Theoretically, the screen on this model should have been IPS, but it's a TN, so there was potentially a downgrade. The device was sold in "very good condition", so the screen shouldn't have any scratches, but it's scratched by the keyboard keys and embedded dust (you can see it when the screen is off, but it doesn't interfere with use). The device arrived well packed but dirty, as if it had been rubbed but not wiped. A quick wipe down of the casing (which I did) and a bit of work to remove the old stickers and glue would clearly have improved the perception of the product on receipt. In short, apart from installing Windows, I wonder what has been done to recondition the product. I'm keeping the device because the value for money/performance ratio is still interesting, but I think it would have been better to classify it in "fair condition" and be in for a pleasant surprise, rather than classifying it in "very good condition" and be disappointed.

The PC is very good, it works perfectly. The battery is healthy. I've been using it for 15 days and I'm very happy with it. The only downside is that I had ordered a PC in "very good condition", but the one I received is in "good condition" (as stated on the invoice). There are a few marks on the screen, but they're hardly noticeable once the screen is switched on. As the price is very competitive, this doesn't bother me too much.

The device meets my expectations. There was just one slight problem: the computer casing was a little ajar, so I had to clip it on. The delivery, on the other hand, was chaotic... it took a week longer to send the order, and when I received it the delivery point didn't have it on file. Luckily the person in charge went to the storage space to find it...

I'm very happy with it. Exactly as described. On the other hand, I can't see the invoice, only the supplier's logo. So not cool

I put 1 star because you can't put 0. The reconditioner is TO BE FLEW. The pc arrived with the wrist rest to the left of the trackpad squeaking, the screen flickering on start-up, the charging plug has a false contact. I ordered this pc in "VERY GOOD CONDITION". Thank you backmarket for being careful who you work with.
