The laptop arrived quickly. It is very clean, apart from a few scratches on the edges of the slab cover where some paint is missing. The keyboard has two inverted keys: the letter q and w. After upgrading Windows 10 to 11, I had to install software to remap the two keys. Despite these faults which made me hesitate to return the product, I'm quite happy with the laptop as it's generally clean. In conclusion: Nice and very good Lenovo laptop, fast in performing tasks. However, I would have preferred to have been warned about the problem of the keyboard keys being physically reversed, which meant I spent a lot of time trying to find a solution.

The computer was delivered on time, in very good condition and works as expected. As usual, the hardware is up to scratch. One very important point for improvement, however, is to make the packaging anonymous. The brand name of the equipment is clearly marked on the parcel, which is the best way of ensuring that it is misappropriated. It's a bit appalling coming from an otherwise very serious site.
