Hello. Very surprised by the lack of professionalism of this seller. - The packaging does not comply with any rules regarding the transport of this type of equipment. Some bubble wrap, no doubt salvaged from other packaging, succinctly wraps the laptop, all in a box that must have been used many times, closed with a few strips of packing tape, leaving large spaces that allow a hand or two to be inserted without any problem. - Once unpacked, however, the laptop is clean. - The battery is completely discharged. - On power-up, date and time not valid in bios. TPM disabled. Safe start disabled and several other surprises. - Boot and launch of the OS (W10) and I see that none of the original drivers are installed. Fortunately, I'm a computer professional (I've been one for 35 years), but for a private individual with no skills, he would have had to go to a breakdown mechanic ... Anyway, having other PCs, I downloaded and installed the Ethernet drivers and then continued to download the missing drivers: bad surprise, the Ethernet card doesn't work. This can happen if the chipset drivers are not up to date/installed. So I installed the WiFi drivers (ok) and then connected the machine to Lenovo support to do the necessary upgrades (including the BIOS upgrade), as well as installing maintenance software, hotkeys etc... Once this was done, the machine seemed to be operational, except for the Ethernet card, which was present but had no traffic, either in or out. It must have suffered an electrical shock. The battery, which came completely flat, is charging extremely slowly. We'll see when it's used. I'm a professional, so I was able to get away with it, but if I'd been a private user, I'd have been well into the m.... Everyone makes mistakes, even me. Let's hope that this one encourages the seller to be more meticulous both in preparing the equipment and in packaging it. I can see that I'm not the only one to have had this kind of experience... I should have read the reviews first...
