Was hesitant to buy but was reassured by a friend who had recommended your company. I’m thoroughly impressed on every level. Every stage was as easy as you could imagine. I received my keyboard earlier than expected and in perfect working order. I’ll be back for more business in the future

I wouldn't use this company to buy a USB stick. First, they put back the delivery date 3 times (by quite a bit - it was 2 weeks after the original date), and the last time Fed Ex told me they'd been instructed by Back Market to delay the delivery. When the item arrived it was so poorly packed, it was virtually thrown into a box along with some bubble wrap. There was no tape used at all. I have never seen anything so bad. Nothing to stop it bouncing around. Last, it wasn't even a UK keyboard - it was German!!! I was thinking of buying a phone and a tablet, but I will look for a company that respects it's customers.
