Phone was fine and working well. Customer care of the phone could have been better - later dispatch than mentioned, handset was a bit dirty (I had to clean fluff and “dirt” all round the camera and bottom of phone), and phone wasn’t factory reset. But otherwise, all good.

Phone was in pristine condition, with 100% Battery health. However, it would have been more assuring if the phone could have been shipped with a proper box, rather than a plastic sleeve. Overall a solid purchase.

The phone itself is as expected for an excellent condition with hardly visible scratches and no dents. Battery life is 91% which is better than expected. Came with a charging cable. The only pitfall is it is coming without a box at all, which could cost the seller few quids only but complete the shape of a supposedly pristine condition.

Delivery was prompt and on time and the phones are in excellent shape and condition so far. Only bit is one of the phones came without its box which should not be for an excellent condition phone but anyway happy with my first purchase from back market

The phone was delivered on Sunday.I received a message about 14.00 hrs said that my phone had been delivered.I live in a little block with entry buzzer it’s only ground floor and first floor. My buzzer never went off.so I had a look outside my front door as they might of gained entry from someone else which has happened before but it wasn’t outside my door. I went back to the message and there was a small photo I enlarged it the package was on the floor between something but I couldn’t make out what it was.I was getting a little bit stressed as I suffer with some mental health issues.So I got myself ready to pop up the shop . Went down the stairs opened the entry door and right in front of me were the large wheelie bins are between two of the bins on the floor was a little package i picked it up and it was addressed to me so I opened it and it was my phone no problems with the phone but i am disgusted by the service i can’t believe that it was left outside and never wrung my buzzer I had been up since 7am and my buzzer never went off..I don’t know what couriers had delivered it so I can’t make a complaint
