Fantastic service, the handset looks brand new and has 100% battery life - amazing. It also came fitted with a screen cover and with a robust case. I was over the moon with the service, but unfortunately the handset is just too small for me so I’m returning it and ordering a larger handset - from here of course!

I purchased an iPhone SE (2022) 64GB – Midnight – Unlocked from Back Market, sold by Techlike Limited, and I have to say that this has been my best experience with Back Market to date. The refurbishment was genuinely excellent — the phone arrived in flawless, as-new condition, and I could not have asked for better. It completely exceeded my expectations. What particularly impressed me was the attention to detail. The inclusion of a free screen protector and phone case was an unexpected and very welcome touch, demonstrating that Techlike Limited had thought beyond simply supplying the phone. The phone was also delivered on time, which I greatly appreciated. I had specifically requested speedy delivery through the Back Market platform, and Techlike Limited delivered on that request. I have ordered from Back Market before, but this experience stands out as the best, particularly from a customer service perspective. Having worked in luxury retail in central London, where you are trained to provide the highest levels of customer service and attention to detail, I hope Techlike Limited will take this review as the genuine compliment it is intended to be. Excellent product, excellent refurbishment, thoughtful extras and excellent service. I would happily purchase from Techlike Limited again.
