So happy with this purchase, made an elderly relative very happy! Cannot fault this phone, as had to buy as a replacement while one of the same model was sent to Apple for repair so they could still be connected. Very efficient service, phone arrived swiftly and in great condition. Battery needs charged once everyday at least, like my old phone. My old one had an 80% battery life as opposed to this phone’s 100% so I was hoping for better. However this is 128Gb as opposed to my old 32GB because I needed extra space so maybe that just reflects my use?
