    Ordered an iPhone 7 in “good” condition but in fact there was only the tiniest of marks on it and had a battery life of 92%. Super fast delivery and excellent product. Would definitely use back market again!

    Bought iPhone 7 for my Granddaughter she is very pleased with it. Arrived within 2 days as described, fair condition but looked brand new. I wouldn’t buy a brand new phone I always buy from Back market. Bought 2 previous iPhones for my other granddaughters over 12 months ago, never had any problems.

    Good service from Back Market supplier. Good iPhone as per requirements in good condition - only slight negative is the reduced battery capability, but that is only to be expected for a pre-used item. Good price, and we have helped to Save the Planet in small measure.

    I'm sure the phone is absolutely superb, when I can get to use it at its full potential (not your fault). My previous phone fell into the sea, it was retrieved after about a minute - it is now US. I cannot transfer my data from it to my new phone, and Apple will not allow me access to my apps, as I have forgotten my password. I will be allowed to change my password in two weeks. I get the security issue, but what is going to change in 2 weeks?

    Bought this for an elderly relative with health issues who had lost their previous iPhone. He is thrilled with it as it doesn’t appear to be damaged in any way and is able to perform all the necessary tasks he needs it for. Back market has a simple to use website and was very efficient in getting the product to me swiftly and the whole transaction was good value for money. I will recommend in the future.
