your customer service response is zero. your promptness is zero. Am so disappointed that 1 week after making a purchase, the product still cannot be traced. please I want my money back. i only received just one message from your customer service team and nothing more. Is this how you treat people after collecting their money? please let me have my money so i can go and buy my phone else where because you guys are now too big and dont need more customers.

FAKE DPD tracking was provided over a month ago. I now have no way of getting the phone i bought or getting my money back. THIS IS A EXPENSIVE SCAM

Es primera vez que usa este servicio para comprarle un movil a mi madre de regalo. El pedido me llego exactamente cuando me lo prometieron y embalado como si fuese nuevo. Lamentablemente, despues de solo un mes y medio de uso de repente el movil no volvio a funcionar. Tuve que devolver el movil a BackMarket y ellos sin ningun problema me facilitaron el envio de nuevo. Cuando lo miraron bien resulta que no se pudo arreglar, pero como tenia todavia garantia me han devuelto el dinero. El servicio ha sido excelente y lo usaria de nuevo. Durante el proceso se comunicaron conmigo y me senti como un cliente valioso. Los recomiendo 100 x 100.
