iPhone 16 512GB - Teal - Unlocked

Phone is fine, with the exception that my access to Snapchat was blocked as a previous user got the device banned. Seems trivial, but something to think about!! Tried to speak to backmarket but it’s all AI loops and I couldn’t get through to a person.

The battery isn’t great. I’m not sure if it’s the model but for a supposedly excellent condition phone I have to charge it before the end of the day or it dies. Also the refurbisher I sent my old phone too is claiming my phone I sent to them has “deep scratches” on the screen and offering less money. Apparently this is common. Whatever amount they tell you your phone is worth subtract £30 and take VERY good close up photos of your phones condition with flash particularly screen and film yourself packing it. Shame you have to do this.

Simple process to choose, order and receive my refurbished phone. Phone was as described “excellent “ condition.

Device set up was good and is working great so far, however it was a touch dirty/crummy when I first got it (but after a good wipe it was fine) so I don’t think premium was the best description but over all it’s good :)

The excellent rating of this iPhone 16 is absolutely accurate. It’s like a new phone. I’m very pleased with it.

I read the reviews before ordering from Back Market and majority seemed good - I received my order (iPhone 16), set it up and noticed the front camera didn’t work. The back camera seemed fine but when rotating screens it froze. I chose an excellent condition so didn’t expect this to be an issue, especially as there’s an additional fee for quality assurance!

iPhone 16 was in great condition. Would recommend and buy again from back market. It was great that I could trade in my old iPhone.
