I bought this used iPhone and I’m very happy with it. The phone arrived in excellent condition, almost like brand new. Everything works perfectly, the battery is good, and the screen has no problems. It was well packaged and exactly as described. I definitely recommend this seller.

I bought this as a surprise gift for my husband, upgrading from an iPhone 11 that was starting to have problems. Didn’t want to buy brand new again and have a huge payment each month. Buying second hand is the next best option. Somebody else paid the high price for me! I chose to but excellent condition because it was a present. It’s immaculate. So far it’s working great but still really good to have the 1yr warranty on it. Would use this company again.

Had a bad previous experience with backmarket but though I would give it another go and wow great condition, fast shipping and looks brand new!! This supplier is the best I have seen so far. Good price and great customer service.

The phone was almost perfect ,just a little scratch on the screen but I only choose the good option so I can't really expect perfect . The phone itself was working fine and definitely worth the money I paid for it . I am happy with the purchase . This was my second phone from backmarket .The first one I choose the fair option and got a perfect phone without a mark on it and worked flawlessly.

As it was only fair condition I was expecting it to be scratched etc but the battery life is at 96% which is amazing for a refurbished phone and one small chip in the shell of the phone which is hardly noticeable, absolutely love the phone and arrived so quickly too

Bought many phones over the years from different websites but this iphone 14 plus was a very good price,perfectly refurbished and delivered a day early.I'm very happy with this purchase. Only reason for not giving a 5 star performance is because it's a gift and haven't seen for myself but son hasn't complained.
