Ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max 256GB in Graphite, in "Good" condition as a gift. I instead received the same phone but in Silver colour. Fortunately the recipient liked the colour a lot so this wasn't an issue. However there were a few other issues. Backmarket's policy says that devices will have >80% battery health. As well, "Good" quality devices should have no scratches on screens. - There was a noticeable scratch on the front screen. However after applying a screen protector it cannot be seen. - There was a sticker on the back of the phone denoting it having 79% battery health. Haven't tested the actual health but if it's the case then it's below the 80% margin. - The speakers arrived quite dirty, and needed to be manually (carefully) cleaned with a soft toothbrush and blu-tac as the sounds were very quiet and dull otherwise. I doubt they are as clean and good sounding, even now, as new ones. For clarity, I did bring this up to Backmarket support, who recommended I return the device. Since this was a gift and the recipient already swapped fully to using the new phone, and is happy with it, this wasn't really an option. While I could have likely gotten all these issues solved by returning the device and getting a new one, it's not something I should have to do in the first place, especially with the amount of hassle involved in swapping phones and/or having no phone for several days. The issues aren't severe, but the product I paid for was not what I got. I think this seller seems fine overall and I just got unlucky, but do be mindful.

Switched from xs max to 13 pro max sierra blue i love the colour at first i was like nah not a blue phone but this one has kinda like silver type of blue to it so i like it i got the fair grade and it has no cracks or anything i noticed 1 light scratch on the display which isnt a problem at all battery health is 85% love it👌👍

The phone arrived quickly. I ordered the good option and it is immaculate. I can’t find any blemish worth mentioning. The website provides full spec list and comparison which which I found very helpful as I don’t need anything posh but do need certain features so it enabled me to ensure that I got what I needed. I’ve bought several items from backmarket and trust the brand. I also find the trade-in useful. It takes the edge off of the price of an iPhone. Buying refurbished supports the smaller businesses and I’m happy with that.
