Product arrived in time but locked . This could have been sorted remotely if the vendor had resetted the iPad . Instead I was asked to return it ! And I had to chase to understand the next steps . I was little hope it will then come back in time for Xmas . I was then contacted by back market to let me know the vendor could not complete and would refund . Point is : @ back market please check your vendor with a bit more scrutiny ! I had a similar issue buying on french back market so clearly not a one off .
