    Bought a excrllent grade device was sent a at best good grade.according to packing note but really fair grade ..screen scratched and pixel problem...contacted black market..given the run around .offered 5% discount?? Totally ignored the fact that the phone they sent costs about £420..i was charged about £660...so they are knowingly ripping me off. They then made things worse ...return the phone they incorrectly sent for what i have paid for and i would eventully get what i am owed ie a excellent grade phone..so i am supposed to go without a phone due to their incompetence. The fact that they have sent the wrong phone is also questionable....are they really claiming to be so stupid that they read excellent grade and send good?? This without contacting me on amy way...i dont believe so..this was a con.. I wonder on how many previous occasions they have sent a inferior grade but charged full price Beware this seller....
