the first ipad i received did not meet the grade specification but back market and the refurbisher sorted it out in a timely manner and i am very happy with my replacement device! highly recommend using back market as their customer service is amazing in my experience! delivery is quick, returns are quick, decisions on whether the refurbisher will repair/replace/refund are quick! great service throughout my experience, everything is explained well and is very understandable which is important for me as an autistic person! it’s also great because you save so much money while also saving the environment and saying no to modern slavery while also getting a quality device that is practically new!

Even though listed as in 'good' condition it was nearly immaculate! After putting an Otterbox Defender case and screen protector on there's no way you'd know that this wasn't a brand new ipad pro! Arrived very quickly, only downside was the 3rd party 10W charger and cable that came with it instead of the 20W official Apple one, so it's very slow to charge. Would certainly come back in future to by a reconditioned piece of tech saving myself money instead of buying new!

Overall happy with the experience of buying an iPad. I've had refurbished before and all round a great way to buy expensive tech. The only issue I had was that although I bought Very Good quality, the iPad didn't come in a box but just bubble wrapped in a thin sheet and thin cardboard sleeve and a cheap tiny cable. I think the seller was lucky it arrived still in good condition as there was no fragile stickers or anything. So be prepared for that potential depending on which supplier you go with.

The iPad I bought is amazing! It was rated as good but is in absolute perfect condition! It has been working amazingly well for a week now since I bought it! Came well wrapped and easy to track the parcel when it would be arriving (even if Royal Mail are useless but not Back Markets problem ha). This is the second product I have bought now and highly recommend!!

I got the product with the lowest quality condition and honestly it has been really good. There are several damage markings but only once you really inspect the ipad close up, you wouldn't notice it from far away. The whole ipad in general is perfect and works really well. The only thing that slightly annoys me are the buttons aren't tactile anymore and feels mushy to press, but of course that's a small price to pay for having a fully functional device at a fraction of the price of what you'd usually pay. Very happy now I can use it for studying and going through my uni lecture notes easily :p This is my 2nd device from backmarket; my first being my current "good condition" iphone 13 whichi is still great today. I am honestly impressed with everything, it has made me trust and also recommend buying devices from here.

I was bit unsure whether to buy from back market, I needed a new iPad but didn’t want to buy it brand new. Overall, the iPad I received was in excellent condition and arrived within a couple of days. Great experience buying from back market!
