Came in very good condition basically new didn’t come in original packaging but that’s not an issue. Very happy with my product

I ordered this iPad on the pretext it was in a “good condition”, it came with 4/5 deep scratches on the bottom and a screen that hadn’t been cleaned. It was as if they’d just got it in and sent it straight out, finger prints and smears all over it. However the members of staff at backmarket that I dealt with during the return and refund were brilliant. Very helpful, made it very easy and made sure that the process was easy to understand. I then reordered an another unit from a different supplier and it was as advertised.

Item received with a damaged charging point. Won’t charge. This is basic checks. Very disappointed. Bits of muck/chocolate stuck in in the tiny speaker holes. Waste of time collecting from post office, setting up, buying packaging to send back, and taking back to post office. Won’t buy from back market again. Other companies who use in house checks are safer
