I’ve not used the site before but seen it advertised and so I Bought the iPad mini 6 as a replacement for my wife’s old one. I ordered the premium quality one and it came in a sealed apple box with a small Apple approved refurbished sticker on the back. I couldn’t be happier with the condition and quality. It’s for all intention absolutely brand new. With a years warranty included it’s a bargain. Very pleased and saved half the price of a new one. Can’t fault the service and it even arrived early.

Hi, very pleased initially with my iPad mini, arrived quickly, in very good condition, set it up and downloaded apps. However when it was down to 15% charge I tried to charge it using your charger but it wont charge. I tested the charger on another iPad and it works, so I think it's the unit itself. I would like a replacement rather than a repair so can you tell me what to do please. Following Injara's reply to return it to you I have tried to do a Factory Reset to erase Apps and personal information, but it appears that the device ran out of charge before it finished. I hope that is alright. Unfortunately the refurbisher didn't have a replacement (which I can understand) so I've received a refund which I didn't really want. It is a shame BackMarket couldn't just organise one of their other refurbishers to replace my original order - although the offer of 5% discount if I order again might be welcome.

Customer service response from Back Market was very quick when I queried the item delivery delay (due to the Royal Mail Christmas service). The parcel was well-packaged with bubble wrap and the iPad Mini 6 was in its original box along with a charger, USB C cable and Apple leaflet. The iPad itself is in absolutely mint condition with no scratches or dents to the screen or casing. I’m unable to check the battery health percentage as it’s an iPad but can confirm that the battery holds its charge for around 3-4 days with average use which is excellent. Overall, I am extremely happy with my iPad and would definitely recommend the seller to family and friends.
