The iPad itself is absolutely brilliant — exactly as described, premium condition, works perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the device. However the delivery was a real disappointment and frankly a shock. For a premium electronic device costing several hundred pounds I expected proper protective packaging. What arrived was barely adequate and it was pure luck that Royal Mail managed to deliver it in one piece without damage. Back Market should ensure that refurbishers meet a minimum packaging standard for high value electronics. The device deserves better protection in transit and customers deserve peace of mind when spending this kind of money. I would buy from Back Market again based on the quality of the device, but the packaging issue needs to be addressed urgently.
