I am quite pleased with the product. I was a bit scared when I saw a lot of reviews saying that they received the wrong size iPad, or wrong Wi-Fi Cellular. It had no problems, looked pretty much brand new. The battery life was 100%, with 0 charges. Also, the supplier applied a screen protector on it, so that was really nice. When it arrived, it came with a brand new wall plug, and a brand new charging cable (not Apple products). I recommend buying from BackMarket.

Have to say if never heard of this company but having read reviews decided to chance my luck. I was really impressed. The item was exactly as described, communication was excellent and delivery right on the button.

iPad Air M2 arrived promptly and is as new although detecting improved performance over my iPad 4th generation isn’t obvious but the trade-in value had been the real decision maker as I could have had new with other advantages at a comparable cost. So I was dumbstruck to be told I’d be offered £25 cf the on-paper £250 for trade-in due to apparent screen defects. The first thing I’ve done for all my devices before using them is to apply a screen protector and it was still on the old iPad when I sent it for trade-in. Yes, I can now see one ‘fault’ but not the other on the returned bare screen and I can’t help wondering … I definitely cannot see the (barely discernible anyway) fault on my pre-sending photos. Disappointed.

Device arrived in immaculate condition and I have 5G for 200 or more less then brand new. Shipment and updates clear and not excessive/scouse. BM will be my first shop to check when shopping for new devices. I Will definitely recommend to my friends.
