I was replacing an old iPad Air 2 that i had had from longer than i can remember. Having purchased refurbished phones from my children rom Backmarket, decided to give and iPad a go. Device was described as "very good" but honestly, I can't see a single mark on the device. The set up was very easy out of the box and a big saving vs buying new from Apple. All delivered in under 24hours from placing the order!

Always a brilliant service with Backmarket, my iPad Air 5th Gen arrived way before the estimated delivery date, packaged up well, and in such great condition despite it being rated “Fair”. However, I needed to send it back as the screen was faulty. It was lucky I had tried to write with the apple pencil as otherwise I would not have realised.

I was browsing the web for an iPad when I stumbled upon BackMarket. Not having heard of them before I carried out some research and it seemed that they were considered to be a reputable organisation and could be trusted. So I ordered a refurbished iPad Air 5 they were advertising. It was delivered less than 24 hours later! BackMarket described the device as being in “Very Good” condition. I would suggest a more accurate description would be “Mint” condition. Despite very close scrutiny I could not find any mark or scratch anywhere on the device. Further checking after setup in the Analytics Log and iMazing on my PC gave a battery health of just over 100%. To all intents and purposes I have, in essence, a brand new iPad at a refurbished price. I can genuinely recommend BackMarket and will be sourcing my future tech with them.

Great product! However the box should have a C type to C type charging cable and/or charger. Which wasn't present! had to buy them separately that ramped the cost to a brand new airpad air 2022 so sadly didn't realis the benefit of a refurbished product

This is my first purchase from BM and I was totally hesitant at first, when I opened the package, it does have a brand new feeling with it. No scratches, dents, and the product isn’t even activated on apple website yet. Been using it for a few weeks now and it works perfectly. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered a refurbished iPad Air in excellent condition as it it was only a little more expensive than good/fair condition. Imagine my surprise when it turned out to be a brand new one in the original box and shrink wrap! Amazing deal!!!
