4.9/5This is my 5th purchase from back market in 8 months. I have never had a complaint. This iPad is absolutely flawless, got it in “good” condition and it has literally no scratch or dents, it’s absolutely stunning. I did do a battery observation and checked with a third party software and got 81% battery health, which is not very great but the battery lasts up to 7-8 hours when fully charged, so I can’t complain. Though I am worried about the long term battery life. I made arrangements to send it back but after checking the reviews, I was worried I’d get a replacement with even worse issues. I was stressing about this for almost two weeks but now I’m keeping it, it’s so beautiful and flawless so I don’t wanna risk that just for the battery. I think I will just get a battery replacement in the future when the battery depletes beyond use. I mean I’m saving about £360, when compared to buying a new one.

5/5I saw a couple views on trust pilot saying that the company that ships this isn’t good and shouldn’t be trusted but damn what a lie that was Honestly thought I was gonna get a faulty iPad but it’s actually good and it’s like I bought it new Would deffo recommend to anyone who’s feeling hesitant to buy. An absolute steal for the price (Also waited 2 days to make this review to see if the battery was good and everything’s in check)

There was a short delay with delivery but I think that was on the courier’s side. The device came as expected and even came with a screen protector which was a nice touch! Would recommend BackMarket - more environmentally friendly and less costly than buying new!
