The iPad was in pristine condition and came complete with a new charger. The price was brilliant and delivery was quick . Very happy with both the product and the service, in fact, what’s not to love?

honestly this was just absolutely perfect, I got exactly what I ordered, the order was here super fast, the iPad is working perfectly, it was charged, it arrived with a charger, packed safely, the condition is excellent as was promised and I looove that it is a refurbished iPad and not new, honestly just 10/10, exactly what was promised and what I ordered and what I wanted and the iPad is functioning and working perfectly

the apps staff are amazing and had nothing to do with the issue, however when ordering this, one item was not delivered and I was left confused and had to wait several days before the seller finally got back and said they didn't have the stock and so the second ipad would not be delivered. this really was a huge let down for the family and I can't understand why the order was put through or how they couldn't have messaged me earlier as I'm now having to scramble to order elsewhere before the birthdays arrive.

amazing, good quality for the price sometimes it doesn't work whilst on charge but that's the only downside for 128gb and around 86 pound I can't really complain bought it as a gift for my little sister she loves it for school, Roblox and watching Netflix

I've used back market now a few times. And every time I have they have never disappointed. My kids love the ipad. Looks brand new even though is refurbished. Will definitely be using them again
