Ordered goods on 26.11.23, on 5.12.23 Backmarket informed me on request that the goods had presumably been lost during dispatch. The purchase price was still not refunded by 27.12.23, despite an affidavit stating that I had not received the goods. In the meantime, an attempt was made to deliver the goods on 12.12.23, but I refused according to the affidavit. Backmarket delays the reversal, does not hold its dealers responsible and ultimately always refers to the fact that they themselves are only the marketplace and not the dealer. I'm curious to see if I can at least get my €200 back via PayPal. I will never buy from Backmarket again and can't recommend it to anyone.
