Very very happy the phone arrived in excellent condition very quickly I think a day I'm going to use back market now for all my tech and have let people know its brilliant

Delivery was good, I am disappointed with the product. The battery life is only a matter of hours and I am an old man who does not have lots of apps open and I do not spend time chatting on the phone or constantly messaging. I am currently looking to replace your product with something from another provider.

Kept turning off saying battery extremely low

The P10 is working really well. The screen is perfect, ok there are some minor blemishes around the edge of the case but hey they son't stop the P10 working as it should!

I bought this model to replace my old one, which was stolen, so that I could transfer a backup to it. But also because I was used to this one. On my old one I couldn't do the latest update because of lack of space, so it's handy that this one comes with the latest update. Now I have to get used to the changes. As for the battery, I had a bug once when I unlocked it; the charge level suddenly indicated less than 10% and then the phone suddenly switched off. After plugging in the charger, the charge level showed 35%. However, I've had this bug several times on my old model, and I think it's something specific to this model that must occur after several years of use. Let's just say that it's identical to my old phone, so I don't have a problem with it. As a little bonus, my old one had a cracked screen and it would have cost me too much to repair it, so I'm happy with the refurbished model I bought here. I just have one small comment about the condition of the parcel, the cardboard box was a bit crushed as there was an empty space inside. The phone was in a cardboard envelope inside, so I was a bit worried that it might be damaged, but it wasn't. Taking into account the place of dispatch and the delivery time, I'd say that's understandable, so it's not too bad. I think it might be useful to mention in the item details whether the original box is present or not.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase on back market, it's like new. It's the second time I've done it. I highly recommend it to everyone. At the same time, it's true that if you want to buy refurbished, people have to have bought new at some point!
