Very fast delivery. Let's just say I got a brand new laptop for 1/4 of the amount because my HP Elite Folio 13-inch Snapdragon 8CX - SSD 512 GB was as good as new. Everything is working well, at least for now, and I'm hoping it remains like that.

Bought this for the missus - she is ecstatic about this purchase. The laptop was in said excellent condition, delivery was prompt, packaging was original and excellent condition, laptop protected properly. Hats off to the supplier. The laptop is very lightweight, highly portable, and very easy to use on the lap in touchscreen mode when sitting on the couch, which she finds perfect for certain types of work that involve repetitive web browser work. The battery life has lived up to expectations, allowing many hours of work without concern. Recently used in Santorini in fairly hot weather, no lag or overheating. Outwith that it is well responsive, no log, and has handled all conference calls without any issue, with the built in video and audio performing more than adequately. Very happy.

Game 4 days faster than expected which was really appreciated. Performance wise, so far so good, very sleek and looks brand new. A little bit of trouble with WIFI but don't think that's their problem. Battery lasted more than 8 hours. Hope it lasts long!

I purchased an excellent laptop and it reach me with it not even turning on or able to charge. Annoyingly there is a pass or fail sticker on the laptop with none tick. The packaging of the laptop is uncallful as it was delivered with no sticker on parcel to indicate is fragile. To be sincere if you not seeing product physically I recommend not even buying from these refurbished site. I had very high expectations but I was disappointed to my bone marrow.

Useless, came with no OS activation key, then I had to send it back rather than get sent a key. Then got a refund instead of fixing it. Waste of
