The notebook was delivered faster than announced. Looks exactly as described, battery in excellent condition. Handles various RAM-intensive Office 365 applications in parallel without any problems. Gladly again.

The laptop I bought works and performs well. The only annoying thing is that the condition described here as "like new" (at the time of purchase it was still described as "excellent") does not correspond to the facts. The device has signs of use in the form of small dents and scratches, especially on the side of the power plug connection. I also found a break underneath the screen. As I am dependent on a device with a Windows operating system for certain applications, I am keeping the computer. But it's not okay. For a computer in this condition (which is neither "like new" nor "very good"), I would actually have spent a maximum of €500. Back Market has to ask itself what exactly the service charge is for. Hardly for a thorough quality check.

The delivery was prompt. The laptop I ordered works. However, the pre-installed "HP Sure Start" prevents a Daul Boot from being set up. This hinders my options. Help and support is offered but cannot be accessed.

I bought something for the second time and am completely satisfied. Next time I buy, if the price is right, I will be happy to buy again.
