I bought a computer from back market, the computer arrived with a screen problem. I then contacted the seller who sent me a returns label in my name as if I had to send the parcel to myself. I contacted backmarket.fr to explain the problem and they sent me another return label, then I sent the computer but the seller didn't collect the parcel so he went back and now the deliveryman has refused to give me the parcel because I didn't receive a code by chronopost. Very disappointed with backmarket.
