La livraison n’était pas conforme à la commande. Après le retour du PC fourni, le vendeur n’a pas été en mesure d’honorer une commande identique à l’annonce, le besoin étant devenu pressant du fait du retard accumulé, J’ai dû me soumettre à l’idée d’accepter la seule configuration proposée moins intéressant à mon sens. Je fais bien la différence entre la plate-forme BackMarket et les revendeurs. Je resterai un client fidèle malgré cette mauvaise expérience

Très bon produit, et livraison rapide, merci. Il y a juste un logiciel intempestif (IPOS) et je ne sais pas si je peux le désinstaller totalement via les paramètre des applications (et je ne comprends pas d'ailleurs pourquoi il est là...). J'ai tenté l'alternative de Backmarket "contacter le vendeur" mais la page n'aboutit pas, donc, cher vendeur si vous lisez mon message, avez-vous un quelconque moyen de me répondre ? merci

I have had nothing but problems with my purchase of this computer. The delivery of the parcel which was planned to be delivered at home was not carried out, so I had to go to the post office quite far from my home (I live in the suburbs). I started to configure the computer (it was in "very good condition"), but I felt that it was not the model I ordered (for information, I ordered an HP Probook G8 15" with a Full HD screen), when I finished the configuration, I found myself with a HD screen (768p instead of 1080p). The refurbisher EC - SAINT GERMAIN EN LAYE, instead of refusing the order due to lack of stock, decided to try to send me an old model (not a new one, but an old one) at the same price. I guess it can still work if a customer is not a connoisseur. As a result, I lost half a day's work, energy, not to mention the feeling of being ripped off. BackMarket, I'm not going to beg you for the service fee, I'll give you the 5 euros as a gift. Otherwise, you can spit on the Amazon model, but at least the customer service is far better than here.

The product is as I expected and works perfectly.

Nothing to say, it's good :) The packaging was a bit damaged but the product inside was well protected.
