My rating is excellent, but I did not have a positive experience with the product. While it performed impressively overall, it did not meet my technical expectations. The next day, I contacted the team and requested a return/refund, which they promptly approved. This is the first time I've had to return a BackMarket purchase.

I only have 2 faults but they're minor, when you switch it on there's some crackling, and the buttons at the very top of the keyboard f2, f3... don't work in the style, you press the button to reduce the brightness it changes my window, but apart from that the value for money is top notch! So 👍
