Very disappointed with this purchase. Upon receipt, the tower was full of dust and the fans were completely caked with grime, proof that even basic cleaning hadn't been done. Even worse: The thermal pad for the NVMe was missing. Right from the very first power-on, the PC asked me for a session/administrator password, completely preventing me from using it. The checks and factory reset promised during the refurbishment clearly weren't carried out. A refurbished product should be clean, checked, and ready to use. I do not recommend this seller.

fast reception I received a device configured in Spanish. When you don't speak a word of Spanish, it's complicated to set up new equipment. What's more, I'm not a computer specialist, which can quickly become stressful. Another point is that the PC was configured to switch on automatically every morning, which is another source of stress. The machine I received was the second I had ordered: the first had been delivered with an SSD with a smaller capacity than expected (256 GB instead of 512). The only solutions offered were a replacement or a refund; I would have preferred to have had the opportunity to replace the part myself or to accept the machine as it was with a token discount. The second machine I received was almost identical: instead of a 512GB SSD, it was a 480GB SSD; the assembly was also unprofessional: the SSD was mounted crookedly and the screws were not tightened properly. I'd make do with it, but for a first order on Backmarket, I'm still a little disappointed. It's also a shame that it's not possible to order the devices without an operating system, at a lower price. As I work exclusively with Linux, I'm not interested in paying for a Windows licence.
