Hello, I think it would be imperative to tell the seller that they should clearly specify that this machine only has one display port. In my opinion, this would prevent many returns from buyers who already have a standard screen (VGA and/or HDMI). I don't have an opinion on the machine because I don't have a screen to install it on. I ordered a PC that was described as "excellent", but unfortunately the delivered goods did not meet my expectations. The case has several scratches that extend to the sheet metal and the fan inside is completely covered in dust. I was expecting a much better condition (especially as the best condition category is stated) and assumed that the device would be refurbished and cleaned before being sold. The monitor I also ordered ( also "excellent" ) has the same problems. A really thick abrasion and the spot between the display and the stand is hidden. I have previously purchased used devices from other dealers in "very good" condition and always received the same. I am therefore particularly dissatisfied with the condition of the products supplied. Last but not least, the PC at least runs.

ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED : - The processor is an Intel Core i7-8700 (8th generation - released in 2017) and not an Intel Core i7-9700 (9th generation - released in 2019) as indicated in the technical specifications. - The photos are misleading: they show an HDMI port when in fact there isn't one, and instead there's a USB Type-C port (incidentally, the available ports and connectors are not mentioned in the technical specifications). Also, there's no Intel Core logo on the chassis; if the photos were correct, we'd have been able to see that in reality the logo clearly reads "Intel Core 8th gen", which doesn't correspond to the specification. The seller, IT WORD TECH, realising that they were engaging in a deceptive business practice, refused to exchange the product with one that matched the description and offered only a refund or nothing, since they were obviously lying and only had a product that was similar - only worse, not better. The icing on the cake: the computer I received was configured with remote desktop access enabled, TeamViewer (a remote control tool) installed, and other network tools that are useless for a new user but not for a hacker operating remotely. Please note that the advert has been updated since my purchase and my dealings with customer service, but be warned: it was simply a question of stock, the false information that encourages people to buy has not been corrected. I'd like to add that no proof of good faith was requested from the seller, even though the consumer is asked for some (which is normal), before being invited to go and fuck off. In fact, BackMarket 'Customer Service' "thanks me for my understanding", isn't that wonderful?
