This is the second laptop I order from this provider (Microbyte Ltd.) and I'm I'll be returning both. First one, I returned because it came with a software error and the lid was heavily scratched despite being rated as "Excellent". The second one I'll be returning because the screen quality is low and visualisation is heavily pixeled (my Asus laptop from 2012 has a clearer screen image than this laptop). Both laptops were a bit dirty - the first one had like tobacco/chocolate chips in between the tabs from the keyboard; the second laptop had sticky residue on the screen (I guess from the refurbishment process) and a diamond sticker on the keypad from the previous owner.
