It is great! In the past I have bought from My Cheap Laptop and have an identical machine from them, but they had none left. Yours was a little more expensive, but the condition was great and I can find no faults although there was no mention that it was Windows 11 !!!! If there is one other comment, I didn't find the email discount for subscribing to emails until after I had paid!

The HP laptop was in perfect condition, exactly as described. Battery was in good condition too. Pleased!

I had a lot of trouble with the delivery. My item was processed as being delivered despite me having no item. When I contacted customer service to try and resolve the issue, I was told it was showing as being delivered. I was assured that after two days, if I still had no item, this would be investigated. The issue is, I brought this as a birthday present and due to the issues, had nothing on the day. My item arrived a couple of days after.
