    Externally the laptop is in fairly good condition, not good enough that I think it would qualify it as excellent though as the keyboard keys have some fair wear and tear. However, it often restarts itself, and within two weeks the booting failed (and I've had to install Windows on an external USB to make the laptop usable, which is a pain and means I'm without a laptop for a couple days. The touch screen is really good, and it's a great lightweight and portable laptop that runs many tabs a lot better than my previous chromebook, but for the price of the 'excellent' product I would expect a lot more.

    Product is in terrible conditions, unable to do a repair as my daughter needed it for studies and was a gift, and had to fix it external, customer service is the worse, never going to use this site, can’t raise a complaint, as you need to send a letter to France, when I’m based in the UK, I guess that’s one way of avoiding complaints.
