Laptop arrived with a big dent and scratch in it. Upon a lot of discussion they only agreed to give me £60 refund, even though I had chosen the excellent condition product. I traded in my old laptop (Macbook Air) and was meant to get around £280 off, which they then reduced to £146 because of a few incredibly minor marks. Very disappointed with the whole experience.
