Arrived in excellent packaging and in perfect condition apart from minor scratches around power input socket. Windows 11 installed perfectly but I removed it and installed MXLinux 25 which loaded quickly and ran perfectly.

The laptop sent wasn't the one advertised. It did seem like a great laptop but the pictures depicted and what was sent were very clearly not the same, even to the point of purchasing an i7 but was sent i5.
